Registration for the March 20-24, 2025 VNTW is now open! The conference fee is $189 (USD), giving you access to participate on zoom in all of the conference activities! Watch for the detailed program to be posted early in January

Be a VNTW Supporter !

YOU could make the difference in whether a student or recent graduate attends VNTW! Please consider supporting  the registration fee of a potential VNTW attendee!!  Two options:

  1. Sponsor: Directly register  an individual who indicates a strong interest in nursing knowledge development and in attending this conference. A direct sponsorship is $189, the cost of an individual registration.
  2. Scholarship: Or create a scholarship to be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to an applicant who indicates a strong interest in nursing knowledge development and in attending this conference. Preference will be given to full-time students or recent graduates (within two years). A scholarship is $189, the cost of an individual registration.

You can create a sponsorship or scholarship quickly and easily on the registration form:  Registration Form.

  1. Scholarship:  To provide a scholarship , select option 3 (A colleague or student-not me).
  2. Sponsorship: To sponsor another person – select option 2 (Myself and a colleague/student) to register yourself and another person.

Apply for a VNTW Scholarship – closed

The VNTW Conference planning team will award a select number of scholarships to cover the registration fee for individuals who wish to attend the conference but have limited means to pay the registration fee. This scholarship program is possible because of the generous sponsors who support this scholarship program. We cannot guarantee how many recipients (if any) will receive funds.

The deadline for application is February 15th, 2025. Applicants will be notified of the of the decision no later than February 20th, 2025.

We aim to keep this process low barrier and relatively easy, but please note these guidelines:

  • Priority will be given to full-time students or recent graduates (within two years); part time students and others may be considered.
  • If you receive a scholarship, you are expected to attend all five days of the conference (to the best of your ability).
  • Recipients are asked to indicate acceptance of the award within 5 days of notification. Scholarship recipients will be informed of the name of their sponsor so they can send a thank you note.
  • Please do not apply for a scholarship If you have resources through your school or institution that would pay for/reimburse your registration for the VNTW. These funds are intended for individuals who are “paying out of pocket” and have an identified need.
  • If you register for the VNTW and subsequently receive a scholarship, your original registration will be refunded, minus a $10 credit card fee.
