2020 Call for Abstracts – now closed

Notifications for abstracts were emailed on January 15th.

1. If Your Abstract has been Accepted:

1. 1. In order to present, at least one of the presenters must register for the conference by the deadline in your acceptance notification, and must be present at the time of your breakout session.
   2. Presenters who plan to use PPT slides are required to bring the files on a thumb drive.

   3. Optional: Presenters may bring copies of handouts for the participants.

   4. We exert the right to rescind the acceptance of an abstract due to any conflict of interest discovered after the fact.
